Refund Policy

All the payments made to brandikonic are Partially refundable.

We believe in quality work towards any design task and we give our best to satisfy the clients from our end.

If we can’t, you just get refund. that’s it.

Refund Timeline:

Once you request the refund by sending mail to brandikonic@gmail.com your refund will be initiated in 48 hours. and you” ll receive a refund amount into your bank account in 2 to 3 working days after initiation.

100% Money Back

Clients can get 100% money back only if they haven't entered the revision mode and have only seen two design variations(options). After entering into revision mode or beyond 2nd design stage, the client is not eligible to get 100% as a refund.

50% Money Back

If clients are in revision mode or have already checked out more than 2 designs, they can get a 50% amount as a refund.

Refund terms and condition

(i) After appealing for a refund, the client does not have any right to use all those designs for publically or inspirational purposes. If we found that clients are doing it, we will take legal action for using our design.

(ii) Our refund policy is based on the price of the package plan, not what the client has paid as an advance amount. ( Ex. If a client had paid only 50% amount as an advance amount, then they are claiming for 50% refund. In this case, a client had only 50% amount as advance, so they will not get any further amount from brandikonic and we will terminate the project.)

(iii) Our refund policy is applicable for the logo design service only. a client is not eligible to get any amount as a refund, on any other deliverables.

(iv) Applicable tax amount on any package is non-refundable. As we are in a service segment business, 18% GST is applicable as a tax amount.

(V) Client will not be eligible to get any refund after the finalization of the logo. After the finalization of the logo, our all refund policy will be terminated for the client.

Brandikonic may refund Customers for the following reasons:

(i) the Sold Design is Defective;

(ii) brandikonic is required by law or considers that it is required by law to do so;

(iii) brandikonic determines that issuing a refund to Customer will avoid any dispute or increased costs to brandikonic;

(iv) brandikonic issues the refund to Customer in accordance with any refund policy specified by brandikonic from time to time;

(v) the order placed (or request made) by Customer is found to be fraudulent. A Sold Design will be deemed to be “Defective” if: (i) Customer and Designer agree it is defective and notify brandikonic of this fact; (ii) the Sold Design is subject to a third party claim that the Sold Design infringes/misappropriates such party’s IPR, that is not frivolous. If any of the reason regarding design, brandikonic refunds the payment to Customer.
