Surti Flavour specializes in authentic Indian cuisine
presented in a ready-to-eat format. At the heart of their
business model lies a commitment to offering a wide range
of traditional dishes from India. They target customers who
look for quick, convenient, yet delicious meal solutions.
We were a customer of Surti Flavour before they became
our client. We had heard about them through one of our
friends who was praising their ready-to-eat products. We
bought a few of their products and liked what they were
doing.
When we spoke to Vishal Mania, the founder, we realized
that the way we came across Surti Flavour is how the
majority of people came across them word of mouth.
They were operating from their backyard and they had no
digital presence. They only sold their products offline, and
were solely dependent on word of mouth.
